Session 3: Relational OPEN Common Alert Protocol CAP Poller with Oracle and MySQL

This Java program demonstrates a simple timed poller that queries OPEN and inserts any new CAP messages into a database (MySQL and Oracle are demonstrated).
This poller also can send CAP messages through the open interface

You will need:

• OPEN username/password as listed above
• Sun's Java developement kit (1.6 or higher)
• A database (either MySQL or Oracle)
